We start with the basics that actually affect the outcome: roof access, array layout, pitch, obstructions,
and any on-site rules. We confirm what type of buildup you’re seeing (dust, pollen, bird droppings, coastal
salt, construction residue) and whether the goal is a routine maintenance clean or a deeper reset clean.

- Scheduling around tenant operations and roof availability
2) On-site setup and safety coordination
On arrival, we establish a clean work zone and confirm safe flight paths and no-go areas. We coordinate with
building staff so the roof stays controlled and the work stays predictable. If you need documentation for a
vendor packet, we can align on what you want captured and how you want it labeled.

3) Panel-by-panel cleaning with consistent coverage
We clean the array in a repeatable pattern so coverage doesn’t get missed—edges, corners, and high-soil zones
get the attention they need. Our goal is simple: remove the film and debris that blocks light and leaves
uneven haze, without creating streaks or leaving visible residue.
- Systematic passes (rows/strings) to ensure full coverage
- Extra attention on leading edges where grime collects first
- Spot handling for droppings and stubborn residue
4) Final inspection, photos, and repeat scheduling
We finish with a visual check for missed sections, streaking, or leftover debris near borders and drains.
